A photo every day for a year! Week 40 of #Project365

The photos are a bit rubbish this week. I have had a stinking cold but I am just about over it thankfully and so are the kids. I think my fella has been lucky enough to escape it this time!

Here's a photo for every day.

My youngest making a bracelet with gel-a-peel
My two girls playing on the laptop and beef stew in the slow cooker
a ticket for the school disco and my youngest dressed up for the disco
iced coffee and ace stain cleaner

272/365 - 29th September
Ellie tried out Gel-a-Peel for the first time and loved it. It really is a lot of fun and we have more to review soon!

273/365 - 30th September
Sunday's are always a day for playing on the laptop and computers. Both of them were playing the Sims 4.

274/365 - 1st October
I love my slow cooker and it's fab for this time of year. We had beef stew on Monday.

275/365 - 2nd October
She finally brought her ticket for the school disco home. I wanted to see it before I let her go.

276/365 - 3rd October
All dressed up and ready to party! She is looking far too grown up these days!

277/365 - 4th October
I gave this a try. Iced coffee. You just add cold water. It was only about £1.50 from Tesco for 8 sachets. It's not amazing, it's just OK.

278/365 - 5th October
I am putting Ace stain remover to the test on Ellie's school shirts.

  1. Sorry to hear you had a cold. I've had a couple of rubbish days too, feeling unwell. Gel-a-peel looks lovely, I've seen it before on Cheryl's blog, her daughters did some amazing things with it. I've tried a different Kenco from this range, a Cappuccino, and also wasn't impressed. Bought it as it was on promotion in Sainsbury's, also to enter a competition, but won't be buying it again.

  2. Hope she had a good time at the disco. We're having beef stew tomorrow. Not my favourite, but we're out from lunchtime so need to have something for when we're back

  3. I find Ace pretty good as is adding a scoop of soda crystals too.

  7. totally agree I love my slow cooker, so handy.
Getting far to grown up, surprised there is no mini skirt/dress involved.
Nothing wrong with a relaxing day

  8. I can see my slow cooker coming into it's own again soon too. I'm intrigued by the Gel a Peel #365

  9. Oh shame about the iced coffee: I have bought some of these but not tried them yet. I am in shock at the disco price-we are charged 5 quid for 45 minutes! #project365
