Last weeks meal plan went well. I think we ate just about everything. The Pork & apple sausages were our favourite meal of the week. I did change things on Sunday. We had sausage casserole with mash and veg instead of the roast dinner.
I had a little mishap when it came to ordering the food shopping. I was ahead of myself with what day it was last week and thought I'd ordered it to be delivered on Saturday, nope. It arrived Thursday. I hadn't finished adding things to the list so we only have about 75% of what we wanted. Doh! Thankfully we are out today shopping with my dad and we can call in Aldi.
This week on the menu we have:
Monday - Leftover sausage casserole with chips.
Tuesday - Chicken stir fry which Stu will be cooking.
Wednesday - A fry up. Sausages, bacon, black pudding, mushrooms, tomatoes, baked beans and eggs.
Thursday - Lasagne & garlic bread.
Friday - Pizza.
Saturday - Burgers in buns with fries.
Sunday - Cottage pie and baked beans.

Whoops! I've done this with the shop before. This work I forgot to go back in and remove the items that we didn't need. Haha! Always something hey.
