The last school photo. #MySundaySnapshot

Ellie is in her last year of secondary school and it seems crazy, it doesn't seem that long since I was taking her to nursery for the first time.

Here we have it, Ellie's last school photo. (It's in black and white so I don't give her school colours away). I stopped buying the kids school photos years ago when the prices started going up but this one surprisingly only cost £11.99 which seems like a bargain price. I would have bought it regardless of the cost with it being her last one. At the moment it's in a frame in the dining room which she hates, she cringes at her school photos but I love having pics of my girls around the house.

  1. That's a lovely photo of Ellie. It's exciting to see them grow but it's also so sad because it just goes so fast.

  2. It's a great photo but I understand how she feels. I hope your whole family has a wonderful Christmas! #MMBC

  3. It's a lovely photo, take away the colours and she could be wearing the same uniform as my Boo! The school didn't do photos this year, I haven't bought them for a while either, I preferred when they could all have their photo taken together it was cheaper! xx

  4. It is lovely! But I totally understand how your daughter feels. I used to hide my school photos from my mom since I always hated how they turned out. Eventually she gave up on buying them and we started going to an actual portrait studio for photos that somehow always seemed to turn out so much better. (Gah! that makes me sound like such a brat to admit!!).

  6. What a milestone! Time really does fly, doesn't it? I can't believe I only have one child in school now - and she's in 6th form!

  7. I love that you have had it printed in black and white - it makes it unique! Thanks so much for sharing snapshots and linking up to #MySundaySnapshot in 2022.
