Last weeks meal plan went to plan apart from skipping the pizza on Friday evening, we got a chippy tea instead. The chip shop sent me a code for 25% off so I had to take them up on their offer. The sausage rolls were a big hit and I will be making them again and I had a lovely meal out on Tuesday. I went somewhere new for a pub lunch and it was reasonably priced with some great food. I played it safe and just had scampi, chips and peas but it was nice, I will be going back!
This week we of course had another Gousto Box delivered. Gousto have a great offer on at the moment which is running until tomorrow. If you follow my link you get 70% off your first box and then 25% off your next two boxes. You could just try the 70% off box and then cancel, they are good like that. I pick and chose when I get my orders, I am not subscribed to a box every week, I just happen to order a box every week. If you do sign up via my link I will receive £20 credit on Gousto. I only chose 3 meals this week from Gousto as it's the Easter holidays. (we had one on Saturday) Even though we don't have plans at the moment I am sure as the week goes on we find some things to do.
On the menu this week we have:
Monday - Gousto meal - Beef & Mushroom Bolognese With Wholewheat Tortiglioni.
Tuesday - Gousto meal - Thai Sweetcorn Fritters, Coconut Rice & Sweet Chilli Sauce.
Wednesday - Sausage casserole, mashed potato and veg.
Thursday - A salad of some sort. I am planning on going to the farm shop and getting all of the fresh salad stuff as it's supposed to be a really warm day. I might even buy some plants and flowers while I am there.
Friday - Sandwiches, cakes, crisps. A lazy tea.
Saturday - We will be eating out.
Sunday - A roast dinner of some sort.
What are you eating this week?
Your meals all sound good! I love it when restaurants have good food for reasonable prices. It's always nice to find a new, good place to eat. Have a great Monday!

ReplyDeleteThat all sounds delicious, I haven't had a sausage casserole in years as I'm the only one who likes them sadly.
ReplyDeleteI do love a lazy tea, we sometimes have hot sandwiches or just a fend for yourself evening.
