On Saturday we made a change to our meal plan....The hot dogs were scrapped and with a little help from Old El Paso we had some very tasty fajitas....
To make the Fajitas it was just a case of adding the Roasted Tomato & Red Pepper Fajita Seasoning Mix to the peppers, onions and chicken strips....
When I first opened the packet the mix smelt so spicy but when it was mixed with everything it was just right.....Spicy but not too hot for the kids.....
The fajita mix was served wrapped in the Flour Tortillas for the kids and I and Stu had some of the Wholewheat Tortillas....Both of the different wraps were very soft and very tasty....Usually when I buy wraps they I get the bigger one's and I thought these would be too small but they were actually just the right size....
On the side we had the Squeezy Sweetcorn Relish which tastes a lot better than it looks....It is the first time I've tried this and I liked it....I imagine it going so well with burgers too in the summer.....
Everything went down well and the kids especially loved them.....

The only thing we never really tried was the Hot and sweet Red Jalapenos....I opened them and took a little bite (BIG mistake!!) They are Hot!! They are not to be eaten by themselves.....lol Even the juice in the jar makes your tongue tingle....I will find a use for them though.....
I will be buying and using these products again....They will be perfect when we are short on time on an evening and want something quick to eat.....I have just checked on Tesco online and the Fajita mix is only 89 pence....I thought it would be much more.....Great stuff!!
