Our Weekly Meal Plan!! - #mealplanningmonday

Not getting a shopping delivery last week really helped. I ran the freezer right down and on Friday my fella and I went to get the meat. Turkey of course, beef and a joint of gammon. I also got some fancy stuffing. Pork & Bramley Apple Stuffing Parcels, Chestnut & Cranberry & Apricot & Pecan stuffing balls...

I also saw the Roast From Frozen Boneless Chicken Parcel with Sage & Onion Stuffing....I think that might be something to get for New Years Day....It sounds and looks so good....

Last week sucked when it came to food....We ate all the meals planned but soon realised there was no treats like fresh doughnuts and things to pick at from the fridge....Everything needed cooking. It was so much effort when it came to making lunch or having a snack. Hmmf.

This week I had to get a shop from Tesco.....We were running out of so many random things like washing powder, BBQ sauce and we were actually down to the last tin of baked beans.....That never happens I usually have at least 4 in the cupboard.

This week on the menu we have:

Monday - Sausages, mash and veg in Yorkshire puddings....
Tuesday - Chicken fajitas....
Wednesday - Soup of some sort....
Thursday - Sticky And Sweet Bbq Chicken Chargrills with rice....
Friday - Fish and chips....
Saturday - Pizza....
Sunday - Cottage pie.

What are you eating this week?

  1. You are so organised with your meal planning. I have no idea what I'm eating this week! We do need to eat some of the food in the house before I buy any more so there will probably be a few odd combinations :)

  2. I made Cottage Pie on Saturday, did too much so will be having it again this week. Also have a request for Toad in the Hole from my youngest. I'm shopping this evening, so the will work out the rest of the week in the supermarket ;-) #MMBC
