Our Weekly Meal Plan!! - #mealplanningmonday

Last weeks meal plan went pretty well....
Every meal I cook in the slow cooker I dish it out and taste it and say it's the best meal yet....I think the mince we had last week really was. It was simply mince, carrots, onions, mushrooms a sausage casserole mix and a cottage pie mix...So simple but so good. We had it the next day over jacket potatoes and there is still a couple of portions in the freezer!

I read the 20 healthy slow cooker meals over on What Mummy Thinks and I will be working my way though them over the next few months....I used the Pulled pork recipe yesterday and I have some left for lunch today! Yum! 

This week on the menu we have:

Monday - Home made pizza. It's the kids last day off school so I want it to be a fun one....
TuesdaySlow Cooker Moroccan Inspired Meatballs with rice....
Wednesday - A stir fry of some sort....I got a new Wok & I'm dying to give it a try....
Thursday - Eggs, chips and beans....
Friday - Sandwiches, cakes and crisps....
Saturday - Fakeaway donor kebabs with pitta bread and salad....
Sunday - Roast chicken dinner....

  3. My husband bought me a new wok for Christmas too! So I'm definitely down for a stir fry this week. We're trying to cut down on meat too and a stir fry sounds perfect for using up the veggies. All sounds yummy though. #MMBC
