Happy Sunday! I hope you are having a nice relaxed day. We have nothing at all planned apart from staying home which has been the theme for the week. Tonight there is of course a little football match to watch. Come on England! At the moment I am excited about it but I will be watching it behind my hands when it is happening. hehehe I hope we win! Stu was asked if he would go into work tomorrow as the managers are not confident that everyone is going to turn up to work if England win the Euro's and they want some reliable people in the office, just in case. Eek! It's good that they see Stu as one of the reliable one's.
We have had a good week, it has been nice to have Becky off work, she is using up some of her holidays and Ellie home each day from college. It's supposed to be the summer holidays but it doesn't much feel like summer. I thought about putting the heating on yesterday as it was so chilly.
Now for a photo every day!
Me! We spent the day lazing around in our pj's as it was raining so it was nice to get a bit dressed up to go out when the sun came out.

My tomatoes are growing, there must at least 50 on each plant. I can't wait for them to ripen and to eat them.
191/365 - 9th July
Rain! Ugh! I am so sick of it now. I want sunshine and dry days. I want to sit in the garden and eat ice lollies. I don't want to be hiding inside with winter jumpers on.
192/365 - 10th July
Football! It was a good match, the England team played better than they have been, the win wasn't easy but we made it though to the final!
193/365 - 11th July
My girls! They went into town for a look around some shops, lunch out and of course a drink from Starbucks.
194/365 - 12th July
Becky tried a new place for a haircut. £8 cheaper than the usual place that she goes to and this new guy did a better job. She will be going back.
195/365 - 13th July
Becky and I binge watched the Gypsy Rose documentaries over a couple of days. The Prison Confessions of Gypsy Rose and then Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up. I really don't know how to feel about her. I feel sad for her but I don't like how she is such a celebrity now.
Go England! Haven't heard of the Gypsy Rose show, but we don't have Sky so I suppose I wouldn't. The tomatoes are looking great. Our apples are looking better than last years too.
ReplyDeleteSorry about the cup final!
ReplyDeleteYour tomatoes look so big! I bet they’ll taste great once they’re ripe. Tomatoes have been so expensive at $12.00 a kilo. I should try and grow some next year.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry the weather isn't being kind this summer. It's too hot here. We both need something in the middle!
ReplyDeleteI love all your green tomatoes. Have you ever tried fried green tomatoes? They're yummy. #MMBC
ReplyDeleteI'm fed up with this weather now.! I hate that Gypsy Rose seems to be celebrity. I know what her mum did to her was horrible, but she still involved in the murder of her mum #MMBC
ReplyDeleteShame that England didn’t win but they did well to get to the final. Your tomatoes look like they are growing well. Lovely photo of your girls together. Fingers crossed that we get some sunshine soon! #project365
ReplyDeleteYou've got a lot of tomatoes on your plants, enjoy them. In a way I'm glad England didn't win, the fans would've been insufferable lol.
