Our weekly meal plan! 11th - 17th November. #MealPlanningMonday

Our weekly meal plan

Last weeks meal plan went OK. Most of the meals were eaten even though I did swap a couple of days around, they were all enjoyed though! Our favourite of course was the Red onion and bacon tart. I've realised I can make it in the air fryer if I cut the roll of pastry in half, in fact it's the perfect size for the drawers that I have on the air fryer!

I have no plans at all for this week, I am saving myself for all the excitement next week with it being my birthday week. hehehe. This week is going to be all about getting organised so I can relax for a couple of days next week. I am going to try and get ahead with the housework making sure the washing basket is empty by the weekend, the beds have been changed and the house is spotless. Our meals this week are quick and easy and are some of our favourites.

I am doing well with buying for Christmas. I have all the drinks bought, well the alcoholic one's anyway. I have the bottles of Bucks Fizz which is so important for Christmas. I bought wrapping paper and have wrapped all of the presents that I have bought so far and this week with the food shop I am going to start buying the cupboard stuff like nuts, crisps and some sweet treats.

On the menu this week we have:

Monday - Chicken nuggets, chips and baked beans. So simple but so good!
TuesdaySweet potato curry and rice with naan bread. This is a new recipe for us to try.
WednesdaySausages, mashed potato and veg. I might even make some Yorkshire puddings!
Thursday - Chicken fajitas.
Friday - Fish finger sandwiches.
SaturdayPizza.
Sunday - A roast dinner of some sort.

What are you eating this week?
