What an absolutely stunning picture, I was just reading a leaflet about spider silk that my son bought home it's pretty amazing stuff and even more so when covered in water droplets. Looks so pretty.

lovely photo. but i agree with wandering wren above- yes if you have a big web you just want to know where the spider is! have you seen that photo that lurks on the internet showing a whole heap of bushes covered in webs and many many spiders. so spooky!!
Fabulous shot Kim, I took a similar one when I lived in Australia I never did find the 'fider' (as my daughter used to call them) thankfully the web was outside though. Either you were up close or that's one hellova spider! ;D Have a fun week

Ahhh gorgeous shot! I always go photo mad when I see webs like this but I've never had one turn out as perfectly as this x
