12 Days of Elf On The Shelf....

We have had an elf staying with us from the beginning of December and my girls love it.....I know many people don't like these elves but we do! Becky doesn't believe in the elf or Santa and it won't be long before Ellie doesn't too so we're trying to enjoy every last bit of believing in the Christmas magic.....

Ellie has been so excited and willing to get up on a morning to see where our elf is. Usually we have a struggle to get her out of bed....Ellie has little chats with the elf every morning which is so adorable....

This year our elf hasn't been up to much mischief. It's been more of a game of hide and seek every morning when the girls get up! Our elf did however one day take the chocolates out of the advent calendar. She didn't eat them though. Phew! I think there would have been trouble if she did....

The best hiding place the elf has had was when she was wrapped in toilet roll on the fireplace so obvious but it took a good 10 minutes for Ellie to find her....hehehe
