Our Weekly Meal Plan!! - #mealplanningmonday

I am quite amazed but we managed to stick to the meal plan last week....Well at least the kids ate everything I planned....I had some things going on Tuesday evening and ended up picking at tea and then had cereal later which ended up making me feel sick. I can drink pints of milk just fine but when I have it on cereal I just feel yucky.

On Wednesday we ended up at the hospital with my teenager Becky after she fell off her scooter and landed on her face. She's fine now and amazingly it does not look like her nose is broken. We still managed to stick to the meal plan....Scrambled egg and bacon in bagels was a quick easy meal to make when we got home just after 7pm...

We have one week left of school then it is half term. Hooray! Next week the kids are going to be helping with the meal planning and cooking....If they have their way it will be pizza every night. lol

This week on the menu we have:

Monday Lentil & Bean Stew....
Thursday - Fish fingers, chips and spaghetti hoops....
Friday - Pizza....
Saturday - Chicken fajitas....
Sunday - Roast chicken dinner....

What are you eating this week?

  6. Oh no, I hope Becky is OK, we're on half term this week, and my plan has gone out of the window, too many takeaways and visits to other people's houses, hopefully we shall be back on track next week, I quite fancy fajitas for my tea tonight now :)
