I have put quiche on the meal plan again this week as the kids loved it so much last week and asked for it again.....My teen wasn't going to eat it. She decided she hates bacon in quiche...I told her that was fine because it was ham. She believed me. hahaha
The Katsu Chicken Bites (Chicken breast pieces marinated in a coconut and curry sauce, coated in a wheat and rice flour crumb) that we ate last week from Tesco are so good! I have bought more and put them in the freezer....They are bound to be something that Tesco will have in for a while then stop stocking them. Hmmf. That always seems to happen to things I love.
This week on the menu we have:
Monday - Chicken casserole and mash....
Tuesday - Salmon, broccoli & pea risotto....
Wednesday - Pepperoni Pasta Bake....
Thursday - Quiche and spaghetti hoops....
Friday - Fish and chips (probably out of the freezer)....
Saturday - A stir fry of some sort....
Sunday - A roast dinner or something thrown in the slow cooker....It really depends on the weather.
What will you be eating this week?
I keep hoping for some Sunday BBQ's but so far I have been opting for roasts too!
