We all need to look after our wellbeing and recently Stu, my fella has been trying out some products from Energydots.
EnergyDOTs are the latest wellbeing technology designed to support people during work, rest and play. In short, the DOTs are handy frequency technology discs that you can wear, stick to your wireless devices or place around the home to help you rebalance, bring positive energy, help aid sleep and support your wellbeing.

Stu has been wearing the the bioBAND for a couple of weeks now and to be honest he hasn't noticed a massive difference in how he feels but the one thing he has noticed is that he isn't feeling as tired on an early evening when he usually would be. I think something from the Energydot range would make a great gift for that hard to buy for dad in your life for Father's day.
