I have seen many people on social media list something every day that they are grateful for and thought I would join in and have on my private Facebook account every day and I thought I would share here too. I am hoping to continue it for the rest of the year and longer.

Today I am grateful for the start of the Easter holidays! We are ready for a few lazy weeks.

Today I am grateful for a day of not doing much at all. It's been nice to  just relax and recharge.

Today I am grateful for ice cream from the ice cream van.

Today I am grateful for a successful shopping trip. Got Ellie's new school shoes and a few other bits that we needed. I treated myself to a new Harry Potter cushion since Ellie has pinched my Hedwig one.

Today I am grateful for another amazing meal from Gousto! Black pudding sausages with colcannon and apple sauce covered with amazing onion gravy. This time a few days ago I had no idea what colcannon was, it's just leafy veg mixed into mashed potato

Today I am grateful for just a nice day! Seeing my dad and his partner, good food and fun times with my girls.

Today I am grateful for online shopping. The little wheel on my mouse isn't working properly so I've popped a new one into my basket to come with the food shop tomorrow.

Today I am grateful for Stu cooking tea. Sausage and mushroom pizza's. He was supposed to be following the Gousto recipe but made it up as he went along and they tasted so good.

Today I am grateful for wine!! hahaha I've had a good day and it's been nice to end it with a couple of glasses of wine, oh well maybe a bottle. I am almost ready for bed.

Today I am grateful for a very lazy Sunday! I haven't done much at all and have enjoyed every second of it.

Today I am grateful for home made Beef and garlic mushroom En Croute. It was a lot easier to make than I thought it would be. Thank you Jayne for the recipe!

Today I am grateful for quick delivery from ebay! Ordered something yesterday and wasn't expecting it until Saturday but it came today! Perfect because as it turns out I actually need it for tomorrow.

Today I am grateful for a Thursday which felt like a Friday! It's been a good day, doing all my Friday things a day early. I am betting tomorrow feels like a Saturday too.

Today I am grateful for the fab farm shop just up the road. Got the plants and flowers for the front garden and some burgers which were also made locally. Stu & I had them for tea tonight and they were so good!

Today I am grateful for a quiet day. Stu and I have just pottered about the house while Becky slept off a night shift from work and Ellie was out with her friend. We've all had a good day!

Today I am grateful for another Bank Holiday. I do love this time of year when they all seem to come at once. Only a couple of weeks till the next one.

Today I am grateful for salad for tea. After all the chocolate we've eaten over the last few days we needed something a little healthier.

Today I am grateful for a change around in the living room. I moved most of the furniture for something a bit different. It was a great way to give everything a good clean too.

Today I am grateful for an organised freezer. I spent an hour giving it a clean and sorting it all out. We need to eat garlic bread over the weekend. I have about 5 packs of the slices and about 5 baguettes.

Yesterday I was grateful for lunch out with Stu, a look around the auction and a cheeky pint at the pub.

Today I am grateful for getting out in the garden. I moved some from the greenhouse into the ground and I planted some more seeds.

Today I am grateful for a lazy Sunday. Catching up on what I've recorded off the TV and that's about it.

Today I am grateful for half an hours peace before I go to bed. I love my family but I do love this time of the evening when they're all in bed.

Today I am grateful for Disney+. Becky started watching Grey's Anatomy and it's made me want to watch it again so I am. It's just as good second time around.

Today I am grateful for a day home alone. I did very little apart from housework and watching TV.

Today I am grateful for the baking goodies that my dad gave me. We will be having chocolate brownies over the weekend.

Today I am grateful that I got my Facebook working again properly. It's been glitchy all day not showing me most of the posts. It turns out they've changed something and I have to switch my ad-blocker off to see everything. That seems so wrong and very sneaky.

Today I am grateful for a family night in front of TV.
