Pringles Chicken - Recipe!

A few weeks ago both my girls saw a video on TikTok making chicken breast coated in Pringles and both Ellie and Becky showed me and individually asked me to make it. It did look pretty tasty so I couldn't refuse. It did say to cook them in an air fryer but as we don't have one so the old fashioned oven would have to do.

What you need.

Chicken breast.

A tube of Pringles.

A bowl of flour.

A couple of eggs.

How to make them.

Slice the chicken breast into a goujon or chunks.

Put your Pringles in a bag and crush them. You could even use a a food processor to get a really fine crumb for coating. We used Sour Cream & Onion as it's the only one we could all agree on. 

Cover a tray with greaseproof/baking paper and then you are set to make them.

Put flour into a bowl, whisk the eggs in another and in the final bowl put the Pringles.

Take a piece of chicken, dip it in the flour, then into the egg, then into the bowl of Pringles and finally place it on the baking tray.

Cook in the oven. I didn't time it but think it was for about half an hour. I put it on a medium heat.

I made 2 trays of chicken just using a single pack of chicken using 3 breasts and it was more than enough for all of us.

We ate the Pringles Chicken with potato wedges and dips and it was such a good meal. The kids did say that it's more of a Saturday night meal that we sit watching TV with than a mid week one but it was a treat and one that I will be making again and again.

The kids are finding me more recipes from TikTok to try. Nutella French toast is next on the list. Eek!
