Weekly Meal Plan!! - #mealplanningmonday


The kids at back at school after their half term holidays!! YAY! There's only about 6 weeks until they break up for the summer holidays....Arrgghh!! Where is the time going?!

So on the menu this week we have......

Monday - Ham, eggs, chips & beans....
Tuesday - Fish & sweetcorn pie with veg....
Wednesday - Ellie's at the doctors at 4.30pm so it's either McDonalds or Pizza.... 

Thursday - Chicken in mushroom sauce & rice....
Friday - Fish finger sandwiches....
Saturday - Sloppy Joes & corn on the cobs...
Sunday - Shepherd's pie & baked beans....

  4. Fish finger sandwiches, we've not had those for ages....I may be adding them next week. Hmmmmm, with tarte sauce. Delicious!

  5. Easy (much easier) recipe for sloppy joes, from an American who makes them all the time. Brown 500 grams lean mince with onion and garlic. Add enough ketchup to make it saucy but not runny, add about 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and about the same of dijon mustard. Salt and pepper to taste. That's it, cook until the meat is tender. You can throw it all in the slow cooker too and put it on low for the day.

  7. Love fish finger sarnies, need to go get some fish fingers again now! I love sloppy joe's, I once saw a recipe for the meat mix with garlic bread slices on top then baked, not quite the same but was really tasty
