Last weeks meal plan didn't go that well. We missed a couple of meals....Ellie was sent home sick from school & no one felt like eating much so we had cereal and then with her not eating properly the only thing for it was to offer her a McDonalds. It worked and she wolfed it down. Phew!
This week on the menu we have:
Monday - Chicken fajitas....
Tuesday - It's my birthday so I'm not cooking. I'm planning to go out for lunch for a Christmas dinner and for tea we'll just have sandwiches and of course cake....
Wednesday - Fry up. Sausages, bacon, egg, black pudding, mushrooms, beans and tomatoes....
Thursday - Cheese And Onion Crispbakes with wedges....
Friday - Pizza....
Saturday - Sloppy joe's....
Sunday - Roast chicken dinner....
What are you eating this week?
Sounds good! Hope you are all feeling much better!
ReplyDeleteI might give that Sloppy Joe's a go, never heard of it before :)
Have a lovely birthday!
Sloppy Joe's are tasty and easy, haven't had one in years. Hmm have to think about that. I've been having a sore throat and congestion from fall pollen so I've been making multiple soups for the last week. Mostly a box of organic chicken broth with sauteed greens and carrots added. Then I throw in lentils and what ever veggie in the fridge with a little brown rice. Quick and makes me feel better. One day I did start with chicken for chicken vegetable soup. Have a great week! #MMBC
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your Christmas Dinner tomorrow, I've had loads of Christmas dinners on my birthday too :) In fact I might try and persuade my lot out to the Carvery on my birthday this Sunday. Enjoy your week and your birthday xx

ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday !! I need to do a fry up this wknd - we live in Paris & the french restaurants don't do them, so we do them at home as my British hubby looooves sausages & Bacon! Thank goodness we get M&S here :-) Also do a Sunday roast (chicken) in our house, and then I use leftovers for a chicken fried rice the Sunday eve x
ReplyDeleteOoooh happy belated birthday, I hope you had a great day and that all of the bugs have gone! We had a cooked breakfast for dinner the other day and it was so good! Thank you for sharing with #MealPlanningMonday x
