Delicious snacks and nibbles from Arden’s....

My girls have about 10 meals a day during the summer holidays....I might be exaggerating a little but it does seem like they never stop eating! I am always on the look out for new snacks to try and when I was offered some snacks to try from Arden's, I thought why not.

I had never heard of Arden's before but read that they create the very best baked goods that Europe can offer. We were sent three of their tasty treats to try....

Arden's Nutty Nibbles with Chewy Raisins
RRP £1.79 available from Waitrose

Both of these snacks are high in fibre. They are sweet, crunchy clusters of toasted nuts and seeds and are suitable for vegetarians.

Arden’s Nutty Nibbles with Chocolate Chips
RRP £1.85 available from Waitrose

These are so moreish! Once you eat one you just want to eat another, then another.

If the kids hadn't have been here I would have tried them and then hidden away for myself to snack on in secret but they were here and wanted to try them too.....They loved them! Becky preferred the raisin one's and Ellie the chocolate chip one's....I loved both! They are crunchy and very tasty! Nuts and seeds are not just for the birds....

As well as sweet treats Arden's have a great selection of savoury snacks....We tried one of them.

Lockerbie Cheddar & Caramelised Onion Chutney Bites
RRP £1.80, available from Sainsbury’s and Waitrose

Who says biscuits need to be sweet? This rich medley of Lockerbie cheddar and sweet caramelised onion chutney has been baked into buttery biscuit bites for an irresistible savoury snack. Perfect straight from the box, they will also impress friends and family when added to a cheeseboard or served as a nibble with drinks.

Ellie described these as tasting like cheese scones....I think it was just the strong taste of cheddar which made her think that but there is so much more to them. They are crunchy and I could easily eat a box of them over an afternoon just munching.

As soon as these are stocked in a shop that I shop at I will be buying more....They are fantastic to snack on between meals and they feel very indulgent too....

I did find the Arden's Mediterranean Tomato & Basil Twists in Tesco when I did the weekly shop and I couldn't resist buying some to try....

Light, flaky all-butter puff pastry entwined with tangy tomato & aromatic basil. It takes two to make a tasty Twist and in this case it's a sunny duo of tangy yet sweet Mediterranean tomatoes seasoned with aromatic basil, then entwined with all-butter puff pastry and baked to light, flaky perfection. Scoff them merrily straight from the box. Or to make more of every mouthful, why not serve them with soup, dunk them into a dippy egg or delve into dips like this nutty feta & herb hummus.

These are amazing! I have ate them straight from the box and I tried a few dipped in garlic sauce. I think these will be added to my shopping order again and again. They are full of flavour and are a fantastic snack!

I was sent the Nutty Nibbles and the Cheddar & Caramelised Onion Chutney Bites free of charge to try in exchange for this blog post but bought the Tomato & Basil Twists myself.
