What a long week that was! The first week back at school is always the hardest but we got through it. Becky ended the week with a GCSE exam. Creative iMedia. She said she answered all of the questions, wrote loads and she thinks she did OK. That'll do me.
Here is a photo for every day.
5/365 - 5th January
My new favourite crisps.
6/365 - 6th January
Ellie got some glow jars for Christmas and loves them. They are so pretty.
7/365 - 7th January
The first day back at school. They were up bright and early.
8/365 - 8th January
I tried this leather cleaner to clean my sofas. It is fantastic stuff and they now look brand new. Well worth the couple of pounds I paid.
9/365 - 9th January
I have been decluttering and sorting the house. On Wednesday it was the turn of the kitchen cupboard. It feels so much more organised now.
10/365 - 10th January
Another unicorn to add to her collection. This one hatched from an egg she had been soaking in water for a few days.
11/365 - 11th January

ReplyDeleteOh no to the school shoe - what a pain. Love the glow jar and those crisps sound devine #365
ReplyDeleteExcellent - a great way to keep memories
ReplyDeleteYour kitchen cupboard shelves are well-organised. Could you come and help with mine? :) Well done to Becky for answering all the questions of the exam. I haven't tried those crisps, and the leather cleaner sounds great. Hope the shoe shopping went well (I hate show-shopping, lol).
ReplyDeleteWhy do shoes always break the first week back! Well done to Becky on her exam, Neva's are all next week, so she has been studying lots in the evenings, love the glow jars. They both look much more awake than my lot in the morning, they are usually still half asleep!
ReplyDeleteWow, a GCSE exam already?! It sounds like she really did her best. My husband sorted out our kitchen cupboards recently and it looks very like yours! Hope you managed to get Becky some new shoes.
ReplyDeleteI really need to declutter the house, I have been trying to do a little bit each week. But I think I am going to have to up my game. The Glow jars are really pretty I have not seen them before. Oh no about the shoes hope you managed to get some today x
ReplyDeleteGlad she did her best in the exam, it is all we can ask.
ReplyDeleteNice feeling to get sorting done.
Oh no at the school shoes, she could have waited till payday.
We get through far too many pairs of school shoes in our household - and only have the one child. Haha!
ReplyDeleteI am pleased she felt she did her best in the exams. It really is all we can ask of them. What a nightmare on the school shoes front. I had to buy new ones over Christmas xx
ReplyDeletehow lovely! as long as they try their best nothing else matters! i wouldnt be able to keep up with the picture every day though haha
ReplyDeleteMay she succeed in her exams. January certainly seems like the month for decluttering.
ReplyDeleteI didn't realise they did GCSE exams in January! Glad she felt it went OK!
ReplyDeleteThose glow jars look pretty cool.
Oh no to the shoes! I hate school shoe shopping!
It took me ages to work out what the green jar was all about and then I realised I could just scroll down to read what it was lol. Oh no to the shoes, hope it wasn't a too expensive shopping trip
ReplyDeleteThat is a major hole in the shoe! Hope they weren't too new... #project365
