Happy Sunday! What have you got planned for today? I don't think I will be up to much as I stayed up last night watching WWE's Royal Rumble live event. As it was running on US time it didn't start until 11pm here and I said to myself that I was going to go to bed at 1am but I future me, writing this says that didn't happen. hehehe
I hope you have all had a good week, mine has been better than the week before. I've still not got my motivation back but I am plodding on. All the extra jobs on my to-do list are slowly getting done and I am keeping up with everything else, I will take that as a win!
Now for a photo every day!
Have you tried Freeze Dried Candy before? Ellie made me buy some from Home Bargains as it's a thing! To me it tastes like a sugar cube with a little flavour and so sour. I like sweet things but this is just too sweet!

Just me. The sun was shining bright but it was still so cold. It was nice to have a walk out though. I went to my dad's to sort some things out on his computer. He is getting better with technology but sometimes struggles when it comes to dealing with emails.

Haggis, we tried it but we're not fans! It tastes good enough but the texture put us off.

I am still playing Cooking Fever now and again. I used to struggle to get gems now I am struggling to get enough coins to buy things. I refuse to use real money to help me along in the game so I just play and play to get what I need.

Another sunny day with a blue sky! Now we just need some warmer weather. I have noticed it's staying lighter for longer on an evening. Some nights it isn't getting dark here until almost 5pm. Yay!
31/365 - 31st January
A little treat, some mini Danish pastries. I picked the best one's before I offered the last couple to my family. hehehe
32/365 - 1st February
I had a day of watching Wrestling, I had to watch the weekly show Smackdown before the big event last night.
I keep seeing freeze dried sweets but we haven't tried them yet. There was a stall set up in town a few weeks ago selling all sorts of types but the kids didn't seem that interested in them.
ReplyDeleteIt's lovely to see blue skies again isn't it, they just seem to make you feel a bit more motivated and brighter.
I haven't seen freeze dried candies before, but I bet my guys would love them. It's a lovely selfie, with the sunshine. We had a bit of sunshine here too, though most days were grey and wet.
ReplyDeleteLove Danish pastries. Tesco sells some Danish pastries in the frozen section, which are really good.
I've read descriptions of haggis and I will not ever try it. It just sounds yucky. #MMBC
ReplyDeleteGlad you had some blue skies! The mini Danish pastries look good.
ReplyDeleteLove danish pastries, such a yummy treat. It's so nice to see the lighter evenings and mornings. Won't be long before it March and much lighter
ReplyDeleteI tried and like freeze dried fruits, like raspberries and strawberries, but never candy. I had no idea there is such a thing.
ReplyDeleteI only had vegan haggis and it was ok. Someone told me that some meat-eaters like the vegan haggis. If you fancy trying that option, it might be more to your taste, who knows?
Glad you had a better week. I’ve never tried freeze dried candy. I had haggis on Burns Night but no-one else in my family eats it. I don’t mind the texture but we’ve not tried a gluten-free one and I wonder if the texture might be different. Love Danish pastries – I would have picked the best ones first too! #project365
