Our Weekly Meal Plan!! - #mealplanningmonday


Last weeks meal plan mostly went to plan. The kids ate everything I planned I was the one who let the team down and didn't eat the quiches. I had a pizza instead. lol

This week we have family visiting and a couple of days out planned so I predict this weeks meal plan is going to change a little. It's OK though. Most the ingredients are just coming out of the freezer or cupboard so nothing is going to go to waste if I don't make the planned meals.

This week on the menu we have:

Monday - Roast chicken dinner....
Tuesday - Tuna, pea and sweetcorn fishcakes with baked beans....
Wednesday - Chicken curry, rice & naan bread....
Thursday Scampi, chips and peas....
Friday - Pita bread pizza....
Saturday - Spaghetti bolognese & garlic bread....
Sunday - Left over bolognese in Stand And Stuff Tortillas....

  2. I might try puff pastry pizza this week, we haven't had that for a while. I do love scampi but only me and my eldest son eat it. Have a great week!

  4. Tonight it was vegetarian pie and leftover veg from yday. Tomorrow it is vegetarian pie and salad. Wednesday and Thursday will be a carrot and red lentil soup. I use an app called MealBoard, which I love!
