Our weekly meal plan! 3rd - 9th June. #MealPlanningMonday

Last weeks meal plan went well. We ate everything that I had planned. Hooray!

This week I have really cut back on the grocery shopping. I only spent just over £60. I want to empty the cupboards and freezer before we move house at the end of the month. My thinking is that if we most of the cupboard stuff up we can just get a big shop when we're in the new house.

This week on the menu we have:

Tuesday - Mushroom omelette.
Wednesday - Pork Fajitas.
Thursday - Tomato soup with sausage rolls to dip in.
Friday - Pizza.
Saturday - Something with chips out of the freezer. Most likely chicken nuggets or something like that.
Sunday - Sausages, mash and veg.

What are you eating this week?

  1. My meal plan went completely wrong, last week. I have to think about this week. Good idea to empty everything x

  2. My son has asked for sweet and sour this week, despite it not being on my menu! I like the raid the freezer type days, no stress.

  4. Looking forward to hearing how you get on with the move. I'm contemplating bringing the kids to live in Britain, now that Madhouse Daddy's gone, but the move is slightly scary, especially on my own ! I'll be seeing how things go for you, while I'm contemplating everything ! Love the sound of this week's meals, nice, simple family faves :)

  7. We have proven over and over again that some of the best meals are made when we buy almost nothing and cook from what we already have at home.
great way to use up some of the things you might have forgotten about. Vest of all, it's money saving too.
