Week 17 of #Project365. 24th - 30th April. A photo every day for a year!

We have had a good week despite the winter like weather. We finally got a decent amount of rain yesterday evening. I am sure my garden appreciated it.

We are hoping for no rain today as Ellie is meeting up with a couple of her friends to go to the park. Our park had a makeover and it is brilliant apart from a few minor teething problems with the zip wire breaking.

Now for a photo every day!

Sausage and egg sandwich
Plants on the kitchen windowsill
My eldest hanging the washing out and a TV show
Chocolate brownies topped with Terry's Chocolate Orange
A packed lunch and a bag of shopping

114/365 - 24th April
Sausage and fried egg sandwiches. A great way to start the weekend.

115/365 - 25th April
My plants are taking over the kitchen windowsill, the tomato one especially. I am very proud of myself for doing so well with them.

116/365 - 26th April
Becky was helping to put the washing out on the line. I tried to get as much done on Monday as the rest of the week was supposed to be wet. It wasn't, just Friday.

117/365 - 27th April
I am well and truly hooked on Grey's Anatomy. I only started watching it this time last week and I've just started series 4. lol As it has been on for so long it is funny to see all the people as guest characters. Negan off The Walking Dead was my highlight.

118/365 - 28th April
I made some brownies and decided to add Terry's chocolate orange pieces to the top. We ate it with vanilla ice cream and it was amazing.

119/365 - 29th April
I was supposed to be going to visit my dad and was going to take my usual packed lunch so I could spend the whole day there but it was cold and grey so I had a packed lunch to eat at home.

120/365 - 30th April
Shopping bags. I had a day in town yesterday with Becky and her girlfriend and I finally got some new slippers. Hooray!

  1. We loved Gray's too; but I have stopped watching it as the latest season just isn't very good. They really had such a huge cast and I loved watching out for guest stars each week.

  2. I only watched the 3 first series of Grays way back, but not watched the rest. Those brownies look good. I love chocolate orange. Those sausage and egg sandwiches look amazing too. I do miss bread on my diet.

  3. Things are starting to look and sound a bit more normal now, glad you managed to get out with the oldest and her GF and that you got to see your dad even if you had to cut the visit short

  4. I liked Grey's Anatomy, but I think I preferred the actor as Negan though. The plants are gorgeous, it's rewarding to watch them grow. I like that too.

  6. We've got into a bit of a sausage bap routine here at the weekend, might have to add an egg to it now too. I've never watched Grey's Anatomy - should I? #365

  9. Your plants are doing very well! Ours are suffering and need to get outside but I am worried about the frost we keep getting. I have never watched Grays Anatomy! Yay for shopping, I am yet to go but hoping to change that soon. Lets hope the weather improves.

  10. The brownies look fab! Yum yum. I need to do a bit more baking. Although I am not eating as much of those types of things I am sure the boys would be pleased. I love Negan in Walking Dead. I haven't watched Grey's Anatomy yet, maybe I should add it to my watch-list!

  11. I think I need to move on to Grey's Anatomy. I watched Lost and I'm on Glee at the moment as I thought I needed a bit of fun. I'm not as hooked as I was with Lost. The brownies look amazing. I need to get some bits from the shops I would love to go in the week but I'm tied to work #365
