Week 33 of #Project365 11th - 17th August. A photo every day for a year!

Sunday again and this week has flown over, we have been busy. We have celebrated Stu's birthday, had a trip to the hospital for Ellie to have a blood test, it was nothing serious just a check up after being in hospital a couple of months ago and just pottered around the house. I have been out more than usual which of course is a good thing although as of writing this yesterday I am hiding in the house as Stu is tidying and reorganising the garage. I do not want to be roped into to help. hehehe

Now for a photo every day!

Ice lolly and a cat coaster
A 20 pound note
Back garden and sparkly nails
My fella and I and the garage

224/365 - 11th August
An ice lolly. We have eaten a lot of frozen treats over the last week or so. This one was a Tropical Twister. Yum, yum! I stocked up the other day on more and treated myself to some Feast Ice Cream sticks.

225/365 - 12th August
Karma is a cat coaster! Ellie bought it for herself. She is asking for a cat again and I am saying no again.

226/365 - 13th August
It was only this week that I saw the new £20 notes with King Charles on. I don't usually have money, I am one of those people who just pay using my bank card.

227/365 - 14th August
The back garden is looking pretty wild but the bee's and butterflies are loving the flowers. We are going to hold off cutting it as this time last year when we did the weather was too hot and it did the grass no favours.

228/365 - 15th August
Sparkly nails. My family were questioning my choices when I painted them black, they breathed a sigh of relief when they saw the sparkles and jazzed them up a bit.

229/365 - 16th August
Stu's birthday and he had a great day! We don't usually get photos together but I made a point of making him pose for one, he wasn't happy. hehehe

230/365 - 17th August
Stu decided today was the day that he was going to sort the garage out. It started with taking everything out. He counted more than 15 Gousto cardboard boxes. He is putting his foot down and folding them up and is going to take them to the tip. I keep saying they will come in useful for something.

  1. Happy birthday Stu. I don't think I've seen a King Charles note, or if I have I've not noticed it. I love a Feast ice cream, but haven't seen any for a while. I'm probably the only one in the house who'd eat them (shame!)

  2. I have some pound notes with Queen Elizabeth II on them, I assume they will still be valid. That's the before shot of Stu's garage project, do you have the after shot?

  5. This is the first time I've seen King Charles money - he looks rather stern. The Queen always had a small pleasant smile. Smile Charles! #MMBC

  6. I haven't seen any of the new pound notes with King Charles so that was fun. We'll be in the UK next month visiting my daughter and her family and I'm getting excited for the trip. Have a great week!

  8. I've not yet seen a £20 note with the king on. Love the sparkly nails. Glad Stu had a nice birthday. That is a lot of Gousto boxes! I tend to keep things like that too though! #project365

  9. wow that garage took some tidying, no wonder you hid. I love a feast ice lolly, I had one on Friday, they're my favourite. I haven't seen a Charles £20 but I'm like you, rarely have cash on me.
