What I have loved this week! Week 49. #FridayFavourites

I almost forgot to write my Friday post! This week has really flown over, we're in December and it feels like this month is going to go so quickly! I hope it slows down a bit, I want to soak in all the festive fun! This week has been a good week and I am linking up with with Erika and Andrea to share some of my favourites!

Being fit and healthy again!

I caught a cold in the middle of November and it's only this week I seem to have shaken it off. The cough that I thought was going to last forever has gone! Phew! I am thinking all the orange, lemon and ginger juice I have been drinking helped as someone told me that it boosts your immune system?

Advent calendars!

One of the reasons why I love December is the advent calendars! A little bit of chocolate every day is such a treat and a bonus if you forget to open it one day and the next you get to open two! hehehe I have the added bonus of QR code to on the back of each window to enter a competition each day! It's an added reminder for me to keep on top of opening it!

Baileys hot chocolate!

I am obsessed! A friend got me a set with a mug and chocolate ball and marshmallows for my birthday and since then I have had a hot chocolate most evenings with a shot of Baileys Irish Cream. This week I have upped my game and bought some mini marshmallows to go in! Next week I think I will be adding some thick cream. hehehe

Harry Potter Baubles!

Last year I bought these Harry Potter baubles filled with bubble bath in the January sales thinking I'll keep them for the Christmas tree. It took me until the start of the week to remember about them. I've seen them again in B&M and if they are on sale again in January I will buy some more as they look so nice on my tree.

Vlogs!

Years ago I used to watch a lot of YouTube videos. Daily vlogs and hauls and I don't know why but I stopped watching but this week after seeing something on Instagram it reminded me how fun December is with people doing Vlogmas and daily videos. A lot of my favourites from years ago stopped vlogging ages ago but Zoe Sugg is still there. Last time I watched her was when she was pregnant with her first child, that child is I think 3 and she has another. How time flies!

A nice shower!

I love having a bath or a shower when no one else is in the house. There's no one rushing me out needing the bathroom or even walking in. During the week I had a good shower, I treated myself and put the heating on before I went in, spent a bit longer in there than I usually do and then got myself into comfy, cozy clothes. It's the simple things in life which are the best!

Spotify Wrapped!

It finally dropped on Thursday and I am not a massive user of Spotify but still ended up having My Chemical Romance's song Welcome to the Black Parade as my top song and my top artist was of course Taylor Swift! I am blaming my girls for that. They listen to Spotify in the kitchen where the Google speaker thing is. Apparently I listen to a lot of Metallica too, they were in my top 5. lol

A big shop!

I have done a big online food shop which is being delivered tomorrow with all the Christmas treats in. Cans of pop, cakes, selection boxes, biscuits, stocking fillers, crackers and crisps! I am so excited to unpack it all, just don't ask me where I am going to put it! Today's job is to make some space in the cupboard under the stairs.
