A nice week. Week 21. #Project365

This past week has been a lot calmer than last week with the SATs...My teen did two English Literature GCSE exams and she feels pretty good about them. Her hand was aching with all the writing she did so it sounds positive.

The weather hasn't been great this week....I was just getting used to the sunshine and now it seems to be gone. Just as the kids got in from school it started raining. Ugh! The sunshine better come back for half term.

Now for a photo every day....

138/365 - 19th May
Behind the laptop of course.

139/365 - 20th May
Monkey got a new dress. My fella made it. lol

140/365 - 21st May
All ready to play out with her friends.

141/365 - 22nd May
She started with her birthday list. Eek! Everything on it is unicorn related.

142/365 - 23rd May
I took a couple more photos of this bracelet for the blog post.

143/365 - 24th May
Ellie has told me she is doing the Cup song in the Year 6 leavers assembly and she has been practicing all week.

144/365 - 25th May
The fridge is full in preparation for the half term holidays....I know I'll have to go shopping mid-week to stock up. I cannot fill my girls. lol

  1. That fridge looks jampacked, but I'm already planning my mid half term shopping trip too as I don't have enough in for the week either.

  2. The birthday list made me smile. Monkey's dress is very trendy. Well done to your teen for doing the English Lit SATs. Your fridge is well organised, mine is totally chaotic. I recognise some of our favourites too, like Dunkers and Milkybar.

  4. Wow your fridge! I guess I don't think about it so much with only one child to feed. Love someone who's organised with their list! #365

    1. Ahh! I think even if I just had one child I would have to ram the fridge full. lol My two both eat so much individually. lol

  5. Crikey, my fridge is often full, but never quite like that. Kids do eat a lot though don't they. I need to clean out some of the old jars in mine.
Hope they're enjoying the break from exams. Hadn't realised Becky was doing GCSEs this year or is that an early one? My nephew #3 is doing his this year. I doubt they'll be going that well given the serious lack of work he's done.

    1. Becky has a few early exams. Her school learn English literature through Year 9 & 10 then have the GCSE so in year 11 they can focus on English language.
Oh no! That's a shame about your nephew x

  6. I didn’t know your girl was doing a GCSE this year! Impressed with your OH for making the dress. My husband does sweet little things to help my daughter out too - like painting her nails and putting lemon juice in her hair! That is a very well packed fridge!

    1. She's only doing the English literature one's and a Computer one. The rest are next year.
Ahh! My fella is better at sewing and making things than I am. lol Aww! Your husband is so sweet. x

  7. Gosh at the full fridge, but guess it does not last long.
Glad she feels she has done well at her GCSE's Fifi seems happy with what she has done as well. I personally find roller ball pens easier to write lots with.
Great making of the dress but Mponkey does not look to happy about it....lol

    1. The fridge being full doesn't last long at all with my two who seem to eat about 6 meals a day. lol
Glad the GCSE's are going well for Fifi. x

  8. That's an interesting way of spreading a few of the exams and doing them a year early. My teen also did the English Lit one and also said his hand was aching after. He also had Geography on the same day which was also lots of writing. Hope you are all enjoying half term x
