(Ad - Gifted) Re:Nourish - Fresh soup in a bottle!

I am all for trying new things and recently I was asked if I would like to try Re:Nourish the world’s first microwaveable and fully recyclable soup in a bottle. Vitamin packed, fresh, fantastic to grab while you are on the go and in a mighty little bottle which is good for the gut and kind to the planet.

Re:Nourish - Fresh soup in a bottle

Re:Nourish was launched in 2019 by Nicci Clark. Clark‘s background as a critical care nurse led her to start the brand, knowing just how important it is to eat nutritious food and lead a healthy lifestyle.

I hadn't heard of Re:Nourish at all so was very interested in what it was and what it tasted like. It arrived and to me it looked no different from a smoothie but of course it was a soup.

First up I tried the +ENERGY. Pea, Basil & Lemon.

+Energy. Pea, Basil & Lemon

Made with fresh basil, lemon and plenty of peas. Sweet little Souper Stars every one of them. High in protein and fibre. This soup contains all the vitamins and minerals you need to keep your metabolism on its toes and your body firing on all cylinders.

Rich in Vitamin C, Thiamin B1, Niacin, Iron and Manganese. 207kcal per 500g serving (one bottle) with 11.8g of Fibre and 10.6g of Protein.

Pea, Basil & Lemon soup

I wasn't expecting this to taste so good. I imagined it tasting more of peas but I could taste all of the flavours which were in it. The texture of it was just right. Not as thick as a smoothie but thicker than a juice, just as it should be. After finishing it I felt as though I had a full meal.

Next up I tried the the newly launched +REFRESH Gazpacho, the UK’s first ever on the go Gazpacho in a bottle and the only Gazpacho that use 95% vegetable content.

+REFRESH Gazpacho

This is packed full of antioxidants, Vitamins A, C & E and is high in fibre all naturally derived from the 78% tomatoes used in these little bottles. All qualities that promote a healthy glow and enrich your skin. Feel refreshed from the inside out! 197kcal per 500g serving (one bottle) with 5g of fibre.

The key to glowing skin is as simple as a humble tomato. Not only are they refreshing, but they include the not so well known ingredient, lycopene, a powerful antioxidant with many health benefits. These include sun protection and improved heart health making it a simple solution to fresh looking skin all year round, especially in summer. Perfect for boosting your skin this summer.

With the help of vitamins, A, C and E, this gazpacho helps repair damaged collagen in the skin, as well as targeting health issues like blood pressure and immunity. This clever little bottle of soup is a powerhouse of total health, jam packed with badass goodness, guaranteed to give your skin a total refresh.

The gazpacho soup was very tasty and so refreshing. I could easily imagine drinking it on a summers day sat out in the garden and the fact that it looks after my skin too is a massive bonus especially with me being outside more.

All of Re:Nourish soups are vegan, gluten free, dairy free, allergen free, with no added sugar, no preservatives, no additives and full of vitamins and minerals. The bottles are microwaveable safe if you want to have the soups warm and they are also fully recyclable including the cap and label too.

Re:Nourish is available to purchase online on their website and in major national retailers including Waitrose, Ocado, Amazon Fresh, Co-Op, Wholefoods Market and Planet Organic. Each bottle has a recommended retail price of £2.99.

I was sent a selection of Re:Nourish to try out in exchange for this blog post.

  3. These soups sound amazing - inexpensive, healthy, and tasty! I've made gazpacho at home before but having fresh in a bottle makes life easy. I rarely eat pre-made soup because they all have MSG here in US - I'll check out whether these are here. Thanks for the post Kim! #MMBC

  4. These sounds really healthy! I'm not a fan of soups, especially cold soup, but the pea soup sounds nice and I would definitely give it a try. x
