An Angel Cake! #MySundaySnapshot

During the week I decided to bake an angel cake. It's not one that I have made before so it seemed like a bit of a challenge. I followed this recipe and thought I did quite well even if it did look messy, I got the colours of the sponge the wrong way around and the icing dribbled down the side. It really didn't matter, it tasted amazing and the kids have asked me to make another one next week. As much as I would like to please them I think I will try something different.
