Stu and I usually sleep with our bedroom window open but on Wednesday night we had to shut it because of the wind and rain, it was keeping us awake. I was on the phone to my dad on Thursday and said that Storm Babet wasn't that bad, he laughed and said that was just the start of it and wasn't it just!
On Friday the rain was relentless! Thankfully Ellie and I had no plans, we spent the day inside, in our pyjamas just watching the rain fall. It was lovely!
I like the view! Stormy weather can be quite soothing when you're all snug and dry indoors.

ReplyDeleteThe rain was awful on Friday! It actually stopped me from going running, which never happens! I think we were lucky down here, as we just got the rain, but not too much in the way of wind.
