Last weeks meal plan went really well....We ate just about everything! We did have a bit of a hiccup mid week when I realised the mince was off...It shouldn't have been. The use by date was the next day.....Stu took it back and got it replaced. Phew! The roast dinner was moved to today. We had a lazy day yesterday.
The last few weeks we have had a fair few takeaways. They have all been treats for going back to school and birthdays but we're done with them now. No more....We are back to saving a bit of money....
This week on the menu we have:
Monday - Roast chicken dinner....
Tuesday - Prawn noodle stir fry....
Wednesday - Fish fingers, chips and beans....
Thursday - Whatever's in the fridge mini frittatas with spaghetti hoops....
Friday - Pizza....
Saturday - Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf & onion rings.
Sunday - Cottage pie....
OMG spaghetti hoops!!!!! I've not had those in years, now I want them. On toast.
