(Ad - Gifted) - Working out at home using the The Leg Master! - Review!

Most have us have been at home for the last year, there has been no going to gyms and I know I have done very little exercise but now the world is opening back up there is no excuse for the laziness.

Recently I was given the chance to try out a piece of exercise equipment called The Leg Master Slim which promises a workout in less than 60 seconds, plus a whole range of other proven health benefits.

The Leg Master Total Body

The Leg Master Slim uses your own body weight to provide classic strength training and deliver a full workout. It targets your inner thighs, outer thighs, buttock, hips and core muscles to tighten and tone themIt also engages the lower abdominals and the lower back, and with the addition of the new flexible handlebar helps to tones the upper arms, upper back and chest. As well as exercising over 200 muscles in the lower and upper body your pelvic floor is repeatedly contracted and strengthened.

Fiona Summers husband invented The Leg Master after the birth of their fourth daughter. Fiona says: “When I was 43 years old my pelvic floor was definitely not in good shape. My days of going on the trampoline were definitely over and going out shopping was a challenge unless bathrooms close by. I didn't have control and felt embarrassed to talk about it. That’s when I asked my husband to create something to help people like me feel confident again. We wanted something that everyone could do in the comfort of their own homes, and which would get great results in a short amount of time. We developed The Leg Master, the minute a day routine that’ll help you take back control.”

The Leg Master arrived at my house last week and I was using it within 10 minutes. It took me longer to open the box than to actually put it together. lol It came in 3 parts which easily slotted and were attached together.

It is advised to use The Leg Master for a few seconds each time, throughout the day. If you start small for 15, 30, 60 seconds each day you can add more and more sessions to see more results. Each time just a couple of repetitions will wake up muscles and start strengthening them.

As you stand on the Leg Master your body weight rests on the lower section of the curved ramp but lifting your body weight up the ramp, even though you’re gliding gently takes a lot of muscle power.

I have been doing just that. It is still in my living room and whenever I walk past it I get on and use if for about a minute. The first time I tried it I lasted for about 30 seconds before I felt the burn. It definitely gave those unused muscles a working out. It is getting easier and I am lasting longer each time I use The Leg Master and the whole of my lower body does feel better for it.

The Leg Master gives fast results and can be felt working immediately. It is a cardiovascular workout and release endorphins whilst helping to keep you slim, toned and strong. It can also be used standing up or sitting down which makes it ideal for both active people and those struggling with mobility issues.

Using The Leg Master

It isn't a massive part of equipment and can easily be taken apart and stored somewhere when not being used. At the moment I am keeping it out to give me the motivation to keep at it but so far so good. I am fitter for using it.

The Leg Master costs £89.95 which at first glance seems expensive but I don't have the time to go to a gym so this is very handy piece of equipment to have in my home. Stu has been using it too. It's not just aimed at women, anyone can use it to strengthen their lower body.

I will report back in a couple of months to let you know how I am getting on with it.

Is this something you would fancy trying?

I was sent The Leg Master Slim! free of charge in exchange for this blog post.

  2. I love the look of this! I've become very much into home workouts over the last year or so, in fact we have cancelled our gym membership because we realised how much we could save by doing our own exercise at home. I like the way that you can do the exercise over a few shorter sessions, and it's great that it doesn't take up too much space and isn't noisy, I can see that it would give your legs a really good workout.

  3. I like the look of this, especially as it looks fairly easy to put together and doesn't take up a lot of space. It looks like a great way to try and help improve your fitness at home. I can imagine that you feel the burn quite quickly at first! Good luck with using it to improve your fitness. #MMBC

  5. I am looking at getting a cross trainer for cardio but this could be good for my pelvic floor as with too large 9lb babies I am more than aware of the impact they have left!

  6. This is definitely something I would use. I love the fact that it's not a huge piece of kit so it would be easy to store away. x
