Sunday afternoon films. #Blogtober16

I am taking part in Blogtober16 and will be writing posts with various themes/prompts throughout October....

A few months ago I did a list of my Favourite Movies EVER....They are my favourite movies but I have to be in the mood to watch them....I don't watch them over and over...Well apart from Dirty Dancing.

There is films which I can watch again and again....Especially if I am a little hungover from a Saturday night and too much wine....hehehe Times when I just want to watch something but not have to think about it.....These are my Sunday afternoon films....Perfect for watching with a blanket on the sofa and a lot of chocolate.

Toy Story 1, 2 and 3....Although I tend not to watch the third one too much as I always cry!
Finding Nemo - It is such a lovely film. Funny and so heartwarming.
Love Actually - It's not just for Christmas.
The Matrix - Although I don't understand it. Does anyone?
Men in Black - Such a fun film.
The Horse Whisperer - Especially if I need a good cry.
The Lord of the Rings Trilogy - I would love to be a Hobbit!
Back to the Future - Marty Mcfly was so cool!
The Goonies - It's a classic!
All the Harry Potter films - Such an amazing series!
Alvin and the Chipmunks - I still laugh at those little critters.
The Lion King - I sing all the way through.

What is your perfect Sunday afternoon film?

  2. I read the horse whisperer book so the film was a disappointment. I love the Goonies and love actually, they nearly made it into my list. #Blogtober16

  5. Hi Kim, I love Love Actually and The Horse Whisperer. I must admit to over watching Dirty Dancing and Grease 1 in my younger years. I would get in from a night out, make a pot of tea and stick on either film, sad but true.

These days my choice of film would all depend on my mood and I rarely watch the same film twice. Although every Birthday I do enjoy watching A miracle On 34th Street... It's my Birthday film.

    xx
