Our weekly meal plan! 27th Jan - 2nd Feb. #MealPlanningMonday

Last weeks meal plan went really well. We ate everything apart from the roast dinner yesterday. We had toad in the hole, roast potatoes and veg instead. I have decided to cook the roast dinner today. I do love a roast dinner on a Monday. It is a fantastic way to start the week. I still have pigs in blankets and some nice stuffing left over from Christmas in the freezer which will be an extra treat for us.

I am sticking with adding a couple of veggie meals per week to our meal plan. My fella is starting to notice and is complaining but it's not stopping him eating the meals and enjoying them. The kids couldn't care less as long as their bellies are full. lol

This week on the menu we have:

Monday - A roast chicken dinner.
Wednesday - Red lentil spaghetti bolognese.
Thursday - Fish fingers, chips and spaghetti hoops.
Friday - Pizza.
Saturday - Veggie fried rice with vegetable spring rolls and prawn crackers. .
Sunday - A fry up. Sausages, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, black pudding, baked beans and toast.

What are you eating this week?
