Our weekly meal plan! 9th - 15th March. #MealPlanningMonday

Most weeks our meal plan goes really well but last week was not one of those weeks. Nothing went wrong it was just we fancied different things to what I had planned and the kids had plans.

I made a corned beef hash in the slow cooker on Wednesday we didn't want the chicken kievs, they were from the freezer so they haven't gone to waste and the kids both had plans for Friday night and we ended up getting a Chinese takeaway. On Saturday we made our own pizza's.

This week on the menu we have:

Monday - Spaghetti bolognese and garlic bread.
Tuesday - Leftover bolognese in wraps.
Wednesday - Sausages, chips and baked beans.
Friday - Pizza.
Saturday - Sweet & sour chicken with rice, vegetable spring rolls and prawn crackers.
Sunday - A roast dinner!

What are you eating this week?

  6. That sounds like a wonderful menu! We've had a few weeks where we don't want to eat what's on our menu.. I try to stick to it as much as we can but sometimes the plan just goes awry.

    1. Thank you! Ahh! Sometimes it's OK to change the meal plan. Sticking too it too much can become too much of a chore. x
