365 Days Of Gratitude. In June I was grateful for...

I have seen many people on social media list something every day that they are grateful for and thought I would join in and have on my private Facebook account every day and I thought I would share here too.

I did this for the whole of last year and it has really made me realise that even on the bad day's I have something to be grateful for.

Grateful

Day 152 of #365DaysOfGratitude
Today I am grateful for seeing some family that I haven't seen in years! It was nice to have a catch up.

Today I am grateful for a couple of glasses of wine. It seems ages since I had a drink on a Friday night.

Day 154 of #365DaysOfGratitude
Today I am grateful for a Co-op meal deal. Me and Ellie always get one on a Saturday. It's become our thing.

Day 155 of #365DaysOfGratitude
Today I am grateful that we all went for lunch out. Stu and I had pork with all of the trimmings and the girls had breakfasts. I'm stuffed now and won't need much for tea.

Day 156 of #365DaysOfGratitude
Today I am grateful that I've booked and paid for the train tickets for when we go away in a few months. Eek! Cottage sorted, clothes sorted and now the train. I feel so organised.

Day 158 of #365DaysOfGratitude
Today I am grateful for an early night! I'm actually having one. I feel so tired tonight.

Day 159 of #365DaysOfGratitude
Today I am grateful that the weather looks amazing for over the weekend. The forecast better be right. I'm thinking a BBQ and maybe a visit to the pub beer garden.

Day 160 of #365DaysOfGratitude
Today I am grateful for nice food. Breakfast out and ice cream!

Day 163 of #365DaysOfGratitude
Today I am grateful that I have got Ellie's bus pass sorted for college in September. I was on the website checking something else and saw the applications were open. Filled in the form and paid the money.

Day 164 of #365DaysOfGratitude
Today I am grateful that I could spend most of today indoors where it's cool.

Day 165 of #365DaysOfGratitude
Today I am grateful that Ellie got an early finish from school so we could have a to Hull. We mostly only went for some of the frozen strawberry lemonade from McDonalds.

Today I am grateful for a fantastic bus driver that made sure no one was left stranded when there was a disruption to the service.

Day 168 of #365DaysOfGratitude

Day 172 of #365DaysOfGratitude
Today I am grateful that we had the nice receptionist at the doctors who gave me 2 packs of each battery that Ellie needs for her hearing aids. Usually I can only get one pack of each, now we won't have to go back for about 3 weeks. Hooray!

Day 173 of #365DaysOfGratitude

  2. So many wonderful things to be thankful for. Our family had a fabulous June and so far July is shaping up to be pretty good too (though I wouldn't mind if the weather wanted to warm up just a bit and if some of this rain could stop...).

  3. You are sharing so many things to be grateful. Yes, I agree. There are things that can be grateful even on a bad day. It is all about how we think and decide. When we find things that can be grateful in each and every action, then life will be more comfortable too...

  4. So many wonderful things to be grateful for! I totally agree that it’s the simplest things like watching TV with the family that are the best times. Our oldest son Luke came over the other day and we watched Paddington Bear 2. I was so happy to have the four of us together.
