Last weeks meal plan went well. We ate everything apart from the pizza on Saturday, we ended up having the fake KFC that we didn't have a couple of weeks ago. Lots of chicken, onion rings, fries, coleslaw and salad.
This week is going to be a fun one. Stu has the week off work, he took some holidays for no real reason apart from he wanted a break from work. We are going out shopping for a shirt and some shoes for Stu, they're going to be for a wedding we're going to later in the year, he is sorting out the little shed sometime this week as it has became a dumping ground but I am rewarding him with afternoon tea and if it's dry enough he's filling in cracks on the path in the back garden. We have a few other things happening and I am having a night out with Becky and my dad's partner this week too.
On the menu this week we have:
Monday - We're going to Hull shopping so we're going to the all you can eat place. I don't think we will be wanting to eat much in the evening, I will probably buys some sausage rolls on the way home to snack on if we do get hungry.
Tuesday - We're getting the savoury tea for two from Piglet's Pantry and I will be buying some extras to go with it. I had a Red Letters Day voucher to use up so I thought we could treat ourselves.
Wednesday - Thai style pork patties with sweet potato wedges and salad. One of our favourite meals from Gousto.
Thursday - Stu has said that he is cooking, I don't know what yet. I am just happy that I don't have to cook.
Friday - Stu and Ellie are getting a takeaway of some sort and Becky, my dad's partner and me are out for a meal.
Saturday - We're going out for a late breakfast so we won't want much to eat on the evening so probably sandwiches, crisps and cakes.
Sunday - A roast dinner of some sort.
What are you eating this week?
Have a good time in Hull! Thanks for popping by my blog and for your support x
