A photo every day for a year! 2nd - 8th September. Week 36 of #Project365

What a week we have had. We have been away on a little holiday, caught up with Stu's family at a wedding and Ellie has started college. The excitement isn't over. We are out today for a surprise for Becky's birthday tomorrow. It's rubbish trying to do anything here on a Sunday as the buses are rubbish so we have a couple of surprises planned for today. She sure is going to remember her 21st. hehehe

Now for a photo every day!

Dressed for a wedding and train station
MTV game
Workmen and my youngest
Wrapped presents and my phone

245/365 - 2nd September
We got all dressed up and went to a family wedding. It was so nice to see Stu's family which we haven't seen in over 4 years. We had such a great time with only Becky having a hangover the next morning. hehehe

246/365 - 3rd September
Time to go home from our little break away! Newcastle station was so busy but we got our trains without any issues but I can't help being annoyed that all the stressing that I did about train tickets and they weren't even checked on 2 trains there and 2 trains back. lol

247/365 - 4th September
I was sent the I Want My MTV card game to try out and we will be this weekend. I will prove to my girls that I do actually know more about music than them.

248/365 - 5th September
I was all set for a quiet day until some workmen started digging up the pavement in front of the house a couple of doors down. Hmmf.

249/365 - 6th September
This seems to be Ellie's standard outfit for college. Leggings and a strappy, crop top which I don't think is appropriate but all the girls wear them apparently. Why does she have to grow up so fast! Anyway, she loves college, has made new friends and is enjoying the work.

250/365 - 7th September
I wrapped Becky's birthday presents. I hate wrapping presents.

251/365 - 8th September
All I have is a screenshot off my phone. I got a call from Ellie's old school, it was her maths teacher saying because she was only 3 marks off passing her maths GCSE it was sent away to be re-marked and it turns out she got a very convincing pass. I am so proud of her and she is so pleased. She was gutted about not passing maths and English as she had worked so hard and now it means she doesn't have to resit Maths in college. The exam person from the school rang too just to congratulate Ellie and tell us we should have the paperwork by Tuesday and to show the college to get out of doing maths.

Oh don't talk to me about workmen. They've been outside ours for months, it was all supposed to be done by now. I'll be so glad when they do one.
Yay to Ellie for passing her maths, that's fab news! She's done so well. xx

  6. You all look lovely dressed up for the wedding. Your hair is such a gorgeous vivid colour too! Love it. I am hopeless at anything to do with music! I need a game to get better. So pleased she is enjoying college and the work. Also happy to hear about her math's grade being re-graded! Well done Ellie!

  9. Lovely family pic at the wedding. And that is brilliant news about the maths pass. Always worth asking for a remark if just a few marks off.
