A photo every day for a year! 25th - 31st March. Week 13 of #Project365

Happy April! January and February really dragged and March seems to have gone in a flash!

This last week has seemed so busy with lots going on, especially for Ellie. College visits, bake sales, non uniform day and parents evening which went really well. We're getting ready for her GCSE's starting next month. I am glad it's the Easter holidays so I don't have to think of everything to do with school, well apart from making sure she goes to the extra revision classes.

We don't have much planned for the next couple of weeks, I am hoping for some nicer weather. It's been awful here, rain nearly every day but at least it hasn't been that cold. I need to get out into the garden and do some digging. The kids are planning to go to see the new Super Mario Bros film and we will no doubt have a trip or two out to town.

Now for a photo every day!

84/365 - 25th March
Ellie went off to the shop and it was chucking it down, she decided to get a hot chocolate while she was out to feel all cosy but by the time she got out of Tesco the sun had came out and she got home sweating with big complaints about the weather.

85/365 - 26th March
It was raining and quite chilly but we saw the ice cream van drive past so the kids went running to get some. It's the first time he has been out doing his round this year. It wasn't the best weather for it but everyone loves ice cream.

86/365 - 27th March
I love the view from the back of my house but the view out of the back of my dad's is even better. He has the added bonus of the sheep to look at. There's no lambs yet but I am expecting to see them soon.

87/365 - 28th March
I needed to witness the death of a Sim for an achievement on the game and thought it would be easy. For 5 Sim days I had a Sim locked in the room with nothing but a bed and treadmill and the grim reaper still didn't come. When I freed him I followed him outside and he froze to death.

88/365 - 29th March
Ellie has a desk and could even use the dining room table but she will still prefer to perch somewhere to do her homework, this time on the oil heater (it wasn't switched on).

89/365 - 30th March
Ellie's prom dress has arrived and I am only allowed to share a little bit of it as she wants it to be a surprise for everyone on Prom day. It's gorgeous and she really suits it.

90/365 - 31st March
I am protesting against the rain. hehehe I was staying in my pj's until it stopped raining.

  2. The view from your dad’s is amazing! I find it hard when it rains for days because the grey sky messes with my mood. It’s been raining here for a few days and I’m missing the bright blue sky so much that I searched blue sky on YouTube. Would you believe that you can watch rolling clouds and blue sky LOL. It didn’t help much though!

  3. The Prom dress looks interesting. I wondered what is in that picture. How exciting to see her getting ready for this.

  4. What a fun week of photos! I think ice cream is always a good decision; no matter the weather.

  5. The weather is tricky this time of year – one minute it’s warm and sunny and then the sun goes in or it rains and it feels cold again. Love the view from your dad’s house. Glad Ellie is happy with her prom dress. The oil heater doesn’t look like the comfiest place to perch to do homework! Sophie is very similar with some of the places she’ll choose to sit. #project365

  6. Oooh what a bizarre quest to watch a SIM die and to have to create the environment for them to die in. Makes me shiver. Look forward to seeing the dress for the Prom

  7. Can't wait to see the whole prom dress! I haven't played my mobile SIMS games in ages as I hated the life orbs and never got very far on the ps4 version! #project365
