Our weekly meal plan! 26th Oct - 1st Nov. #MealPlanningMonday

Last weeks meal plan went OK. We did swap a couple of days around and had home made fish & chips on Friday instead of the pizza but there was no waste. The pizzas are still in the freezer ready for another day.

It's half term this week and I'm so glad about it. We're ready for a rest. We don't have much planned apart from carving some pumpkins and watching some spooky films on Saturday.

This is what we're eating this week:

Monday - Easy tuna pasta.
Tuesday - Spaghetti bolognese and garlic bread.
Wednesday - Leftover bolognese in the Old El Paso Tortilla Pockets. We usually have bolognese in wraps but these look like they could be less mess.
Friday - Scampi, chips and peas.
Saturday - A party tea for Halloween. Lot's of picky bits like chicken nuggets, onion rings, corndogs, sausage rolls and things like that.
Sunday - Mince and dumplings.

  1. That all sounds delicious. Ooh mince and dumplings - that's another recipe to add to my "what can I make with mince this week?" list !

  2. Homemade fish and chips sounds nice - hope you enjoyed it! I can't remember the last time I had scampi - yum! We're also going to have a party food tea on Halloween - I can't wait!
