Many, many years ago I used to love Turkey Twizzlers and was very annoyed when Jamie Oliver got them banned. I've never forgiven him but recently Bernard Matthews brought them back and I managed to get some with my Iceland food shop. I would have ordered 2 boxes but they're limited to one per person. Hmmf. I've yet to try them, they better be as good as I remember!
Oh wow, that's a blast from the past. I was upset when they were banned too, my eldest daughter has always had eating problems and Turkey Twizzlers were something she would eat. Our go to at the moment when she's refusing food is Turkey Dinosaurs, but they are not the same. I guess she's not the only adult who loves kid's food then :)

ReplyDeleteI've never seen Turkey Twizzlers before, all I know about them is Jamie Oliver banning them! I hope they were as nice as you remembered. They were obviously in demand if customers were limited to one pack.
