Five TV shows that I want to watch in November!

I have started to think that November might be my favourite month of the year. We have so much going on. The kids went out with their friends on Bonfire night, we have the local Christmas lights being switched, we're going out for a meal then there's my birthday and the excitement building for Christmas. There is also lots of good TV!

Television

I am so looking forward to a handful of shows coming up in November:

I'm a Celebrity!
I have watched every series of I'm a Celeb and I love it. I don't always love all the Celebs in it but there's Ant & Dec and the Bushtucker Trials. We love the eating one's even though I end up gagging at them gagging on whatever they're eating. lol Years ago my girls did their own Bushtucker Trial with a box of questionable things from Iceland. There's been rumours for weeks about who is going in the jungle but if they are true I am looking forward to seeing Frankie Dettori, Josie Gibson and Liz Truss!! Matt Hancock did it last year so why not Liz. lol

Squid Game: The Challenge - Netflix!
We can all remember the series on Netflix Squid Game and they have made a reality show where real life contestants endure the same challenges as the ones faced in the South Korean drama, but without the life or death consequences. I can't wait to watch it. I heard a rumour ages ago that Wolf of the 90's TV show Gladiators was eliminated in the first round. Oops.

Doctor Who!
My favourite Doctor is back (David Tennant) at least for a few episodes, celebrating 60 years of Doctor Who. I am so excited for him and for Catherine Tate as Donna, she is my favourite companion. Then there will be Ncuti Gatwa’s first scenes as the Fifteenth Doctor. Eek! I have only ever seen him in the show Sex Education so can't imagine him traveling through space and time.

The first special, The Star Beast, is on the 25th of November, Wild Blue Yonder comes out the 2nd of December and The Giggle will premiere on the 9th December.

The Crown!
Another show that I am really looking forward to is the 6th and final series of The Crown. There is just 10 episodes which cover the years 1997 to 2005 which will seem so familiar to me as that was when took interest in the Royal Family. Who couldn't when there was everything with Princess Diana, her romance with Dodi Fayed and of course her death. It was such a shocking time and I think the Crown will be just as shocking too. There will be the deaths of Princess Margaret and the Queen Mother, the beginning of Prince William and Kate Middleton's relationship and I am guessing towards the end Charles and Camilla's wedding. Eek!

Neighbours!
I have loved seeing the return of Neighbours on Amazon Freevee, I was so sad when it ended and starting on Monday the 4 episodes that week will fill in the gaps from the two year time jump. All I want to know is how Terese and Toadie got together, why Paul jilted her at the alter during the 2 year skip and what happened to Melanie? Yes she said she couldn't be a stepmother but there must be more to it than that?

What are you looking forward to watching on TV this month?
